Small Farm Wine Shipping Permit Public Notice
In compliance with Arkansas Code Annotated § 3-5-1710, notice is hereby given that the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will be accepting applications for small farm wine private-resident shipping permits beginning on February 21, 2025. No applications will be accepted after May 22, 2025. +Applications accepted will be processed in accordance with the terms of applicable statutes and regulations.
Under the provisions of law, no more than five permits will be issued to become active on July 1, 2025. If there are more than five acceptable applications, there will be a drawing on June 25, 2025. To receive an application, please contact Staff Attorney, Drew Cousins, or the Alcoholic Beverage Control Administration at 501-682-1105 on weekdays between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM.
