Thank you for your Interest in receiving an Alcoholic Beverage Control License. Currently In-State Retail Permit applications are NOT available online. Our staff will also walk you through all the requirements to obtain the license(s).
Permit Types available to a business are determined by several factors including but not limited to:
- Location of the business and if it is within a wet or dry county or township.
- Nature of the business (i.e., convenient store, restaurant, liquor store, bar, etc.)
- Food service options the business chooses if the business requires food sales.
The following Applications are provided for Out-of-State Manufacturing, Shipping, and Suppling:
