Grant Programs

The Intergovernmental Services section of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) offers a variety of grant programs designed to support state agencies, local governments, law enforcement, non-profits, and other eligible entities across the state. These grants aim to assist services to victims of crimes, improve public safety, support pregnant females, decrease opioid abuse, enable re-entry programs, and enhance electric grid resiliency across the state. Key programs include the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) which supports services to victims of crime, the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant, which supports law enforcement initiatives, and the Department of Energy Grid Enhancement Grant, which provides funding for utility infrastructure investments in Arkansas. By providing these resources, the DFA’s Intergovernmental Services section helps foster sustainable development and improve the quality of life for Arkansans.
