Welcome to the DFA Income Tax Setoff Application. The login procedure outlined within the distributed letter has been modified. Please read the following instructions for clarification.
The login will be five (5) characters, beginning with the letters SO (for SetOff) and followed by the three (3) digit agency number. The login is case sensitive and requires the use of UPPER CASE letters. Example: SO999
For first time login, your password will be the same as the Login.
First time users will need to provide a user name and e-mail address. After continuing to the next screen, the user will be presented with account information. From this screen, the user can change the password or edit account information. Users will need to click on “Login Now” to continue.
